STF Events is a subsidiary of Submarine Telecoms Forum, Inc. and manages the organization and staging of conferences and events, addressing all aspects of the effort at expert levels while maintaining an atmosphere that respects the opinions of all involved parties. STF Events’ personnel are experts from the event management industry, and possess the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification from the Convention Industry Council, recognized globally as the badge of excellence in the meeting, convention, exhibition, and event industry.

Our chosen event management platform has something to help at each stage of its event—from marketing and hosting online registration, to easing the check-in process, engaging Participants onsite, and ultimately providing pre and post-event analytics to measure its inevitable success.
STF Events’ goal is to increase the numbers and quality of attendance and engagement by using event management software to create multifaceted marketing campaigns surrounding the conference.
The Campfire Group provides clients with a unique approach to planning, creating and ultimately, controlling their future. Their June event will focus on bringing communities and Campfire clients together in Charleston, South Carolina. The STF Events team has been hired to bring quality and professionalism to the Campfire Group’s high-end food event with hotel sourcing and logistics support.
A triennial event, SubOptic is the longest running and most comprehensive conference series in the world for the submarine fiber industry. Hosted by Ciena, SubOptic 2019 will be the tenth in the series and will be held in New Orleans on April 8-11, 2019. With thirty years of successful events, featuring presentations and discussions from the industry’s leading experts, it is truly an event “For the Industry, by the Industry.”
